Welsh athlete Aaron Ramsey has raised the bounty for information concerning the vanished canine Halo to £15k.

The former Arsenal and Cardiff City midfielder, who currently is with the Mexican club Pumas in the capital, mentioned that Halo was last seen in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato region.

The beagle, who disappeared on October 9th, was wearing a dog tracker collar, and the footballer posted a Google maps location of her last known location.

"Any information regarding our beloved Halo please get in touch with us. Substantial reward for finding her. We are all praying she is unharmed and will return with us shortly," Ramsey posted on Instagram.

Earlier Bounty and Heartfelt Pleas

Ramsey first revealed that Halo had disappeared a fortnight back and has subsequently uploaded numerous photos of the cherished pet on Instagram.

A $ten thousand dollar bounty was originally provided, but with no news on Halo's location after a week, the player and his loved ones raised the amount.

"We just want our pet back," he expressed in another appeal on his online platforms after the elderly pet was lost.

The most recent picture upload is a monochrome image of the beagle sleeping, her head resting in the crook of the athlete's arm, with the message: "What I wouldn't give to hold you one last time sweet Halo."

Household's Worries and Background

Ramsey has also shared a statement from his spouse Mrs. Ramsey on online channels indicating they have a few "pressing concerns" surrounding the disappearance and are concerned the household "may never obtain answers".

"We have yet to have not located Halo. I fear we will," his wife's message stated.

The Welsh captain signed with Mexico's first division team Club Universidad Nacional in recent months and had his inaugural match in Liga MX in August.

The Caerphilly-born player is the initial well-known UK athlete to play in the Liga MX.
